Freaky Fat Loss Pumpkin Bootcamp

This has been a crazy week for us at Force Fitness, we are pushing to get the building done as quick as possible, receiving equipment (not sure how much more we can fit in the building!), and keeping you filled in on our progress and giving you as many helpful tips as we can possibly come up with.

Well, this week will end with one last bit of craziness! We are holding a FREE Freaky Fat Loss Pumpkin Bootcamp workout. We will be accepting some money, but for a great cause. All donations will go to the Pets Alive Spay Neuter Clinic.

This bootcamp workout will be done entirely with pumpkins and your bodyweight. I guarantee that you will have a ton of fun and burn a ton of fat with this fast paced and exhilarating workout. You will also have the chance to enter to win a few prizes and check out the Force Fitness Facility!

Here is what you will need to know for the event:
1) Bring a pumpkin- you will need to bring your own pumpkin that fits your fitness level. Try to pick one that you can lift overhead 15 times. Don't bring one of those little dinky pumpkins!
2) Don't come alone- Bring as many friends and family as you would like. You can be young, old, in great shape, or a beginner to exercise and still get something out of this workout. We are even encouraging you to bring your kids for a workout! That is if you can get them out of bed at 8am.
3) Dress for the weather- We will be doing the workout rain or shine, so be prepared. It might be cold- suck it up and dress warm! Also if you would like wear a costume, we might be giving away a prize for best costume!
4)Bring some water- You will want to stay hydrated.
5) You might want to bring a mat or towel to place on the ground if we lie down.

Here are the details of the event:

Where: Force Fitness and Performance
3205 W Fullerton Pike

Hey guys, I have a question...I have a workout area at home. It isn't great but it has military press, lat pull downs, leg press, and a few other things mainly consisting of working the upper body. However it seems like most of the choices work the same muscles in the chest/shoulders. Is it okay to do these same exercises each day or should I try to vary.

I also am not an avid lifter and was wondering a strategy to maintain a workout routine. I've tried before but find a way to stop after a couple weeks.

Thanks! The building for Force Fitness looks great...wish I lived in Bloomington or I would check it out. Nice work!
