You asked and you have received!!!

Wow!!! What a couple of weeks. I know it has been a long time since the last entry into the Force Fitness Blog, but here is the long awaited update to the progress. I suppose, our progress can be summed up in, well one word: OPEN!!!! On Monday November 18th Force Fitness and Performance opened its doors, in hopes of not only becoming recognized as the premier training center in southern Indiana, but also as your favorite place to train, anywhere, period.

Day 1 saw 20 people register to Be Force Fit. Twenty people came in and got to finally see what Ryan and I have been working so hard to accomplish. Even more entered our doors today, all are going to leave in the best shape they have ever been in. If you weren't one of the first to register at Force Fitness and Performance, be the next.

Okay, okay I know that most of you did not check the blog today but for any other reason than to see the pictures of the completed facility. So here they are without further ado...

We Open on......

If everything goes as planned, hey don't laugh it could, we are planning on opening the doors for our first training sessions at Force Fitness and Performance on November 17th.

We can't guarantee we will be 100% ready at the time, but we are willing to take that chance. We are ready for everyone to see the facility and get in and train.

We want to beat the holiday feasts and get you started on a program to get ahead of all the other people that will promise on January 1 to lose 10 lbs. You can lose 10 lbs before January 1 if you start right now.

If you really want to get started and are as anxious as we are, look up in the right hand corner of this blog page and sign up for our free newsletter. You will get your FREE Fat Blast Kit that contains an exercise program, a nutrition plan, and a cardio routine to help you blast away that ugly belly fat.

Keep up to date and sign up for the newsletter right now. I promise you won't be disappionted with the material.

If you don't sign up for the newsletter there is not telling what kind of great deals, offers, and information you might miss out on.

Go up to the top and simply give us your name and email and we will take care of the rest.

Be Force Fit!

Trainer vs Coach

I want to give you a little insight on the difference between trainers and coaches in the fitness industry. I can tell you that there are a lot of trainers out there that you can go to and you may or may not get any results. I can also tell you that there are very few quality coaches our there that will guarantee your results.

A trainer does the following:
1) Stands around and counts reps
2) Puts you an a machine and looks at clipboard
3) Hopes that your workout will get results
4) Gives you a program that has very little thought behind it
5) Doesn't continue their education
6) Uses the easiest method possible to give you a workout

A GOOD coach does the following:
1) Is prepared with a thought out program specific to your needs
2) Coaches your movements and has progressions for each movement
3) Knows that you will get results from the program if you follow the program
4) Continually educates themselves and seeks out education
5) Can make changes on the spot to fit a program to your needs
6) Sincerely wants you to succeed
7) Uses the most effective method and tools possible to get you results

If you come to Force Fitness and Performance and think you are coming for personal training, I hate to break it to you, but you are sadly mistaken. You will get quality coaching at Force Fitness.

We are different than the rest of the industry. We are striving to seperate ourselves from being a typical personal training business and be a quality coaching program. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our services. We beleive that our training systems will work, in fact we know that our systems will work. If they don't, take us up on the offer and ask for your money back. If we can't get you results we didn't earn your money.

We hope that you feel like you are getting something more than just personal training at Force Fitness. We hope that you receive an experience at Force Fitness and Performance.
