Wil and I traveled to Chicago this weekend to meet up with about 55 other fitness professionals to talk shop. After meeting several of the other fitness pros we struck up a conversation with Registered Dietitian Jayson Hunter. We talked about everything from young athletes nutritional needs to fat loss and low carb diets.
