The Price We Pay!

This past weekend the Ryan Lee bootcamp came to a close with a great speaker and person Dax Moy. Dax has written a book called the Magic Hundred on how to achieve your goals. I could not have imagined a better way to wrap up the conference. I am going to try and relate the message Dax sent some of the best fitness professionals in the world and relate it to you.

Everyone has a goal, or something that they would like to achieve or obtain in life. I have one, you have one, your neighbor has one, and the guy sitting on the street corner holding a sign that says, "Why lie, I need money for booze." has one. Your goals big or small, even one that includes getting booze, must follow a few rules if you would like to achieve them.

Rule #1:
You have to know what you want.

You can't just say, "I want a bigger house" or "I want to lose some weight", you have to really know what it is you want. Be specific. Know it and understand it. If you want to lose weight, know how much weight in what amount of time. Set your self a time frame to accomplish this goal. You have to search deep inside yourself to make sure that what you "want" is what will make you happy and content.

Rule #2:
You have to know how you are going to get it.

You can't just want something. You have to lay out a plan that will help you get what you want.
If you want a bigger house what are you going to do to make more money or save more money to buy the bigger house. If you want to lose 20lbs of fat and be in great shape, what changes in your diet and exercise plan are you going to make for that to happen. Things don't just happen because you want them to happen.

Rule #3:
Know the price of accomplishing the goal.

This is where you have to do some serious soul searching for the bigger goals you will set in life. Every goal or accomplishment comes with a price you have to pay. If you want to grow a business are you willing to put in the long hours and late nights to get it started? If you want to lose 20lbs are you willing to stop eating those cookies every day and do some exercise? Will you get up early to make sure you get in your workout before your day gets too busy?

Rule #4:
You have to pay the price.

After you know the price you must pay, you actually have to go through with it. There is no easy way around this most of the time.

This goes with dieting, money making, family life, and every other aspect of your life in which you set goals and have desires.

I hope you have an awesome day.

Ready, Fire Aim!

I don't remember where I first heard the title of this blog, but it is a great way to go about life. You just do it.

This week I am going to take something that I learned at bootcamp and apply it to my life and business and hope that you will do the same.

I am going to take some freaking action!

I am going to stop thinking about things I want to accomplish, I am going to stop trying to plan everything out perfectly. I am just going to get things done.

Have you been waiting for the right moment to start your fitness program? Have you been waiting for the right moment to improve your performance in a particular sport? What is it that you are waiting to do?

My best guess is that you have been waiting a long time to do whatever it is?

I waited about 22 years to get myself in really good shape. I waited all through college to cut out binge drinking on the weekends. I waited until I was 23 to get my fat butt looking good.

I didn't have to wait to do those things. And you don't either.

Take some action, get started with a fitness plan, or a better nutritional plan today. If you need some help, I think you know where to go!

Ryan Goes to Bootcamp

WOW! What an experience?!?
I am sitting in my hotel room after 11-12 straight hours of listening to presenters and networking with some of the best minds in the fitness industry. That was just today.

Yesterday, I got up after just a few hours of sleep and put in probably 15 hours of presentations and networking. It was a blast. I met some great people and I had a great time. Oh, and I also learned a few things while I was here.

I want to talk about my bootcamp experience and how I think this is the type of atmosphere we are going to have at Force Fitness and Performance. There were so many levels of people here, guys that make 6 and 7 figures a month, guys that have 2 clients, coaches, trainers, business owners, internet marketers, you name it in the fitness world and they were here. The energy was incredible and every single person was amazing.

This is exactly what we want Force Fitness to be! We will have people new to exercise, high level athletes, moms, doctors, business owners, and anyone else that wants to believe in our programs and get great results. The atmosphere is going to be amazing. You won't have any choice but to excel in your health and fitness.

We will soon be releasing our website and our pre-registration program. I hope that you all are as excited to get this rolling as I am.

See you very soon,

Ryan
