At Force Fitness we have a vision to provide our clients and customers with everything they will need to succeed. We want you to feel special, because you deserve to get all the tools you need to be healthy and happy.
Our plans are to get the best evaluation and assessment system available to identify your needs in a fitness and performance program. We will be screening everyone that comes through the doors. We also plan to include body composition assessments on a regular basis for clients. We want to get you the best basic nutrition concepts.
Could we charge you for all these services? Sure. Will we charge you for them? No!
At Force Fitness you will get everything you need to get great results from your program. This will help us give you the best personalized plan that we can offer, and get you more from the program than you can get anywhere else.
We will be the best place to train and workout in southern Indiana. You won't have to worry about coming up with a plan on days you aren't with a trainer, on where to go to get in your cardio/energy systems work, on how to do an exercise. We will be there to help you and plan with you everything you need.
You matter most to us at Force Fitness. We aren't kettlebell guys, body weight guys, functional guys, we are results guys. We will use the best tools for the job to get the best results. Unless that involves using a machine :)
I hope you all are as excited about what Force is going to bring to Bloomington.
If you have any suggestions on something you would like to see offered to help you better your results in a program please let us know.
Have a great weekend!
Ryan

Everyday performance
Just as Ryan promised in his previous post, Wil is here and I would like to take a second to introduce myself.
I am a lifelong Bloomington resident and Indiana graduate with a degree in Nutrition Science. While at Indiana I competed, along with Ryan, on the track and field team where my career culminated with all-American honors during my senior year. I have continued to compete as a track and field athlete most recently competing in the US olympic trials this past summer, but as of late most of my time has been taken up by putting together what will be the premiere training facility in all of southern Indiana: Force Fitness and Performance.
When looking briefly at my bio one could surmise that my background lends itself most favorably to the "performance" side of the training. That is true, but equally important is that in each and every one of our lives we all "perform" on a day to day basis, and everyday performance is integral to what we will be doing at Force Fitness and performance.
Everyday we put our bodies through any number of tasks and movements that call upon the core elements of success in performance: flexibility, mobility, strength, balance etc.
I will be approaching the training of each and every client, along with Ryan, to help address these performance needs. Whether the performance which is being sought is that of a football player, a weekend warrior or a mother looking to get in shape, we will tailor the program to your needs and produce what you have been looking for all along, RESULTS!

Take a Step to acheive your goals.
I read something that I have seen a hundred times this morning, but today it seemed to really make me think. The statement was "everything you do either takes you a step closer to your goals or a step away from your goals."
Think about it for just a minute. It is spot on. Every decision you make effects you, even in the tiniest of ways, and your progress toward your goals.
No matter what your goals are (fat loss, muscle gain, strength, making a team, building a business) you have to make an effort to move towards them. Just imagine if you took a short 30-60minutes per day to take one big leap towards that goal. Maybe you could get in your workout, do a session of interval training, plan your meals for the week, prepare your meals for the week, or read a book on your goal, make a to do list and complete a few tasks that will help you move towards your goal. It doesn't take long for this short time to add up to some big results.
Imagine if 3 days a week you devoted 45 minutes to extra cardio or interval work and another 2 days a week you devoted and hour to planning our meals and preparing them ahead of time. How much closer would you be to losing that extra 10 pounds you put on over the summer.
I can tell you that Wil and I have been taking every effort to move closer to our goals, and after several long months we are realizing that our goals are about to be met. Well, one of them at least.
I guess this is the official announcement that Force Fitness and Performance will be opening in few short weeks. We have worked incredibly hard to be able to give Bloomington the best possible place to train to get the best results.
I am really excited about this and I hope you all are as well.
More information will be released soon, and we will let you all know of an opening date very soon.
Keep checking back here for more updates and information. We will be filling you all in on the set up and model for Force as well as what you can expect from us. I think you will all be pleasantly surprised.
I will have Wil Fleming post soon to introduce himself and give us a few of his thoughts on Force and athletic development.
